Wow wow wow. This HAS to be a feature in a trail. Time to start building...

Majesticmoose, it's not to counterbalance the weight, the shock is offset to make room for a good chainline with a standard 83mm bb shell. The Giant Glory has a similar offset design.

SICK!!!

Is that really Bren-dog's old bike? That is so cool... I'll bet it's stiff as nails.

Sick crest, my man. Looks a lot like my family crest from Jersey/Guernsey. I love it!

Good Lord, will you guys PLEASE read a little before posting?!?

SHE has her fingers on the bars.
SHE uses clipless pedals.
SHE has a nice helmet.

I can't believe folks don't take the time to glance at other posts before spewing their idea of input all over this and other sites. It's the internet equivalent of waiting to talk instead of really listening.

If I'm not mistaken, the wiper seals are actually CONTACTING the lower crown... holy crow. Nice gloves BTW. Two in the pink, one in the stink...

Dan, your bike is sick. But but I recommend you remove all the headset spacers under your upper crown and trim your steerer tube by an inch or so. I just did the same ting to mine, and it feels great.

C'mon, bud! Throw yer skis (or board) on and carve some fresh pow turns, baby! When opportunity knocks... build a booter and catch some air.

It's great. I've said a few times that what Bromont has in quantity of trails, Mont Blanc has in quality. So, not as many trails as Bromes, but they are maintained better, and I think are a bit more fun to ride. But Bromont will always be home for me.

Chromefest is a big DH/DJ festival they hold at Mont Blanc, an hour north of Montreal I think it was in September.

That's hilarious, bud. Has Joe seen this yet? Send him a copy, I'm sure he'd have a laugh. Not that they don't have a good enough time down at 16 Powers as it is.

Oh yeah, she's just fine. The situation has gone from red to yellow, and very soon (as soon as I get my hub and bearing kit) I'll be at green-means-go, ready for race, flat out with a foot out.

Wow. That's sick. What about chain growth? Does the wheelbase get significantly longer? It kinda looks like a high pivot version of the Giant DH Team, and I know that bike kicks ass... Congratulations.

That's a sick looking bike dude. But with the combination of that frame, those rims and that fork, how much does your bike weigh? Good Lord, that must be a forty pounder!

No I'm fairly sure this is a different line than the one in Roam. Check the trees, they are much different. Bourdo sure has these corkscrew ladder bridges tied up nicely. Oakley has a downloadable Wallpaper of him doing the Roam one.

Your bikes scares the crap out of me. Let me know when the front end shears off at the headtube, will ya?

I love the rear brake line wrapped around the head tube. Someone been practicing his barspins? Or was it tailwhips, perhaps? Awesome photo, dude. The flash was popping at just the right intensity.
